Do I need to have run a marathon first?

No. Most of the people I coach come to ultra running without a marathon or any road-racing background — that's exactly how I started. We build from where you are now.
I'm a complete beginner. Is this really for me?

Yes. The coaching is designed around beginners and improvers. No club, no experience, and an imperfect schedule are all completely normal starting points.
How does the coaching actually work?

You get a personalised monthly training plan in TrainingPeaks, a 1-to-1 call each month, direct messaging access between calls, and ongoing adjustments whenever life gets in the way. We start with a free consultation call.
What does it cost?

£100/month. No contracts, cancel anytime.
What if I miss sessions or pick up an injury?

Your plan gets adjusted, not ignored. Real life — work, illness, niggles — is built into how we train.
Do we have to meet in person?

No. Coaching is delivered online through TrainingPeaks, so it works wherever you are. I'm based in Eastbourne, East Sussex.
